• Tacos

  All tacos are served in warm corn tortillas, with flour tortillas available upon request.

  • Picadillo Taco

    is a spicy combination of seasoned ground beef and potatoes topped with an onion and cilantro garnish.

  • Roasted Pork Taco

    is rubbed with sea salt, coarse black pepper, and garlic and then slow roasted for six hours. The pork is shredded and then garnished with cotija cheese and traditional pickled red onion.

  • Beef Fajita Taco

    is a flavorful steak seasoned with our homemade rub, seared, diced and topped with grilled onions and cilantro.

  • Chicken Fajita Taco

    is first brined, then seasoned, diced, and seared on the grill for a moist taco served with fresh pico de gallo and cilantro.

  • Brisket Taco

    is rubbed with spices and then roasted slowly for 18 hours. The tender beef is shredded and topped with queso fresco, onion and cilantro.

  • Rajas Taco

    is filled with grilled vegetables including poblano peppers, mushrooms, onions, and red peppers. Queso fresco and cilantro complete this vegetarian taco.

  • Fish Taco

    is served your way, either seasoned or grilled, or tempura battered and fried. Creamy chipotle crema tops these tacos, along with sliced red cabbage and cilantro.

  • Baja Shrimp Taco

    is full of crunchy shrimp and topped with our spicy Baja sauce for a little added kick, then garnished with sliced red cabbage and cilantro.

  • Rusty Taco

    is filled with our achiote marinated shredded pork, and topped with pineapple, onion and cilantro. The slightly red color and warm, earthy flavors make this a unique namesake creation.

  • Fried Chicken Taco

    is a crispy chicken tender that has been brined for flavor, then breaded and fried. We top our fried chicken with housemade jalapeno ranch dressing, lime coleslaw, and cilantro.

  • BBQ Brisket Taco

    is our classic brisket covered in our housemade BBQ sauce, with flavors of chipotle, cherry and Dr. Pepper, then garnished with lime slaw.

  • Black Bean Taco

    chipotle black beans topped with pico de gallo, cotija cheese, cilantro and toasted pumpkin seeds.
